Shipping policy

LANDOLT ships bathroom products within supported U.S. service areas using parcel and freight partners appropriate for the product. Product availability, delivery method, shipping charge and delivery estimate vary by model, destination and order channel and are shown at checkout, in a quote or in the order confirmation before the order is accepted.

Order review and delivery estimates

Orders may be reviewed for product availability, delivery access and address accuracy before fulfillment. Any date provided is an estimate, not a guaranteed appointment, unless LANDOLT confirms otherwise in writing. Carrier delays, severe weather, access restrictions and other events outside LANDOLT's reasonable control can affect transit time.

Large and fragile products

Shower doors and glass products may ship in multiple cartons or by freight service. Freight deliveries may require a valid telephone number and a delivery appointment. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate deliverable address and any access information requested by the carrier. Services such as inside delivery, stair carry, installation, debris removal or customer pickup are not included unless specifically stated in writing.

Inspection at delivery

Inspect the shipment before installation. Note visible damage or missing cartons with the carrier when possible, retain the packaging and shipping label, and take clear photographs. Contact LANDOLT promptly at landolt6688@gmail.com with the order number and supporting photographs. Do not install damaged glass.

Address changes and failed delivery

Contact LANDOLT immediately if an address correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, missed appointment or inaccessible delivery location may be the customer's responsibility when permitted by applicable law and disclosed for the order.

LANDOLT works with warehouse partners in California, Georgia and Oregon. These facilities are not public pickup or return locations unless LANDOLT provides written authorization.
