Refund policy

LANDOLT wants every customer to review product dimensions, finish, glass configuration, installation requirements and delivery conditions before ordering. Shower doors are large, fragile products, and return routing must be approved before any item is sent back.

Requesting a return

Contact LANDOLT at landolt6688@gmail.com before returning any product. Include your order number, product model, delivery address, reason for the request, and clear photographs of the product and packaging when relevant. Do not ship a product to LANDOLT's corporate office or to a warehouse address without written return authorization.

Return eligibility, the applicable request period, return destination, shipping responsibility and any disclosed restocking charge depend on the product, order channel and condition of the item. These terms will be provided in the order confirmation, product listing, marketplace policy or written return authorization. Purchases made through a third-party marketplace are also subject to that marketplace's return rules.

Return condition

Unless the product is defective or was damaged in transit, eligible returns must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified and complete with the original glass protection, hardware, accessories, manuals and packaging. Products that have been installed, drilled, cut, altered, assembled or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Delivery damage or missing parts

Inspect all cartons and glass as soon as delivery is completed and before installation. Note visible freight damage with the carrier when possible, keep all packaging, and contact LANDOLT promptly with photographs of the exterior carton, shipping label, damaged area and complete product. LANDOLT will review the information and provide the next step. Do not install a product that appears damaged.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected, or after another written resolution is confirmed. The refund is sent to the original payment method where available. Original shipping, return freight and other order-specific charges are handled according to the terms disclosed for the order and applicable law. Financial institutions may require additional processing time after a refund is issued.

Cancellations

Contact LANDOLT as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. An order cannot be guaranteed to cancel after fulfillment or freight preparation has begun.
